Mary Seevers
Therapist
My name is Mary and I am passionate about working with individuals, families and couples to promote well-being and heal core traumas. I firmly believe that all individuals have the ability to overcome any and all obstacles towards growth and healing.

My educational interests include complex trauma along with addiction and recovery support. My therapeutic journey is firmly rooted in my core values of holistic healing, mindfulness, and social justice. I have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and the LGBTQ community.
I completed my Master’s Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I believe that my educational experience in Corrections, coupled with my eclectic professional endeavors, will assist me to serve diverse client populations as a future Psychotherapist.

When I am not working, I enjoy backpacking, hiking, paddle boarding, and traveling. I also love spending time with my family, friends, and my pitbull Checker.
