Seema Kutty

Masters Clinical Intern

Seema believes that by treating everyone with kindness and respect, we can hope to evoke similar behaviors in others, or at least spread goodwill in the world. She also believes that people want to feel genuine connection with others, but often do not know how to do so. Therapy can be a powerful tool to remove barriers and facilitate this connection. To Seema, effective therapy treats everyone with compassion and respect while helping them heal from the traumas life inflicts on us.

  • Seema has extensive experience working with children with special needs and their families, including conducting psycho-educational assessments. She is fluent in Hindi and Malayalam as well.

Seema is currently doing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, Illinois. She also has a Doctorate in Educational Psychology.

  • Seema is a dog lover, a big foodie, an amateur baker, and loves nature. As a recent immigrant to Minneapolis, she enjoys exploring the food and natural sights it has to offer.
